Pete Prevost's Long Shank Sitter is one of his most iconic signature shapes, combining beautiful Danish arcing curves and dynamic lines with the more streamlined nature of his elongated, industrial forms. With its strong forward cant with an almost drunken, concave bevel to the fore, as well as the smooth, upward arc of the high-kicked shank and stem, the result is a truly unmistakable silhouette, both decidedly organic and quite playful in its jaunty set. While we've seen Pete render this Long Shank signature across a range of scales, this particular example is one of his larger fare — nearly measuring seven inches from end to end, with plenty of chamber to match. If you're a fan of this signature from Pete, but prefer larger briars, this beautiful, flame-grain adorned piece is not one to miss. Unsmoked.
