American Estates: Cardinal House Morton Partially Rusticated Bent Dublin with Bamboo (C16) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-009-19620
Made by Walt Cannoy, a seasoned artisan with decades of experience, Cardinal House pipes are handcrafted and hand-finished. This "C16" bent Dublin is a fetching example of Cannoy's style, representing his creative shaping and tasteful use of alternative accenting materials. Large and muscular, this piece features a brawny, deep-chambered bowl that flares from its firm heel to its wide, smoothly polished rim. Said bowl is positioned at the fore of a sinuously shank and a tapered cumberland stem. Three knuckles of warm bamboo extends the shank and add an organic character to the composition, their bright hues immediately livening the pipe's otherwise reserved color palette. A crisp rustication dresses the stummel and lends a wealth of tactile intrigue for the fingers to explore.--Davin Hylton
