Florida-based artisan Randy Wiley has carved pipes since the late 1970s, earning an esteemed reputation for his Freehand-inspired designs. This Billiard is a fine example of his work, featuring a robust bowl with straight walls that taper down to a firm heel, capped with a broad rim at the fore of a slim round shank that joins a tapered acrylic stem. Dressed in Wiley's Old Oak rustication, the stummel boasts a wealth of craggy texture, tastefully accented a by a smooth, chestnut-hued rim.
