American Estates: Marxman Dunsboro Smooth Apple Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-009-21352

Founded in 1934 by Robert L. Marx, Marxman pipes were known for their large, figurally-carved briars, though they produced high-quality smoking instruments in classic forms as well. This Pot-like Apple is one of the latter pipes, with a thick, gently tapering shank that reaches out of a wide transition to meet a more swiftly tapering stem of black vulcanite. The bowl is broader than it is tall, and it grows thick walls around an ample chamber, complete with plenty of curvature for comfort in the hand and space to showcase the stummel's warm stain.
