This Dublin from the Frank pipe company is an exceptionally slender piece, measuring in at more than six inches long but offering a remarkably light weight that makes this piece an adept clencher despite being straight. The shank pushes out from a wide transition and tapers softly to meet an extended, similarly tapering stem of black vulcanite, the pair's reach nicely balancing the presence of the bowl. Said bowl stands on a rounded heel and cants forward subtly, growing walls with a measured flare out to a chamfered rim, its easy forward cant lending this piece a dynamic look. Dressed in a warm, light, smooth finish, the stummel showcases handsome grain throughout and a timeless palette.
