American Estates: J.L. Thompson Smooth Bent Brandy (1707) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-009-21779

In 2013, J.L. Thompson began crafting pipes as a way to showcase his woodworking talents and affinity for crafting beautiful objects. This bent Brandy by J.L. Thompson boasts a stocky, full-bodied bowl that stands at the fore of an upturned shank and a demurely curved saddle stem. Said bowl tapers from a wide heel to a taut rim, its gradual narrowing rounding the chamber's walls and producing a supple curvature that feels natural in hand. The aforementioned shank is flanked by ridgelines that lend a geometric angularity to the shape's profile and extend through the transition to undergird the bowl. A warm smooth finish completes the ensemble and highlights gorgeous birdseye and flame grain across the briar's surface.
