This bent Billiard is a delightful fusion of those styles, and it presents with a charmingly organic outline and understatedly bowl-forward appearance. The transition is wide, and the shank is impressively short, its reserved length reaching out with a swift taper before meeting a natural extension of bamboo. Said bamboo extension comprises five knuckles of the dense grass and boasts a subtle lift before meeting a sleek saddle stem of black vulcanite. At either side of the bamboo, a small divot in the material is continued through the shank and stem, creating a cohesive look that's enhanced through an easy flare at the stem base: continuing the organic rhythm of the bamboo and balancing a bit of this pipe's visual weight. Up front, the bowl stands on a pronounced, rounded heel that's slightly distended beneath the chamber, the plump, belly-like look supporting its walls as they grow with a slight taper. The walls rise to a softly domed rim, and this rim overlooks a respectable chamber, enhancing this pipe's practical aspects without detracting any from its elegant silhouette. Dressed in a warm, rich, auburn-tinged stain, the bowl displays dense oceans of birdseye across both flanks, with cross grain wrapping around the midsection.
