American Estates: Bill Shalosky Sandblasted Bent Dublin with Fordite (726) (2024) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-009-22818
Bill Shalosky is an American pipe artisan who entered the industry by working in restoration and repairs. Once he began crafting his own pieces, he quickly built an impressive portfolio of pipes, ranging from timeless silhouette to eccentric Freehands, often showcased in compact profiles. Sweeping from button to bowl, this Dublin from Bill Shalosky is a whimsical take on the shape-chart standard. The softness of the silhouette is only juxtaposed by the flared rim, crowned in plateau for textural contrast. The forward-urging bowl is married to a rounded shank that begins the aft's bend to the bit as it connects to an accent of Fordite at the junction. The light hues of the accent differ from the inky vulcanite saddle stem and dark-stained stummel, finished in a craggy sandblast.
