This Pot from Michael Lindner is a practical rendering of the classic shape. The pipe is a great on-the-go smoker, with its short length and compact build. Possessing a chamber that's not too large, but still of respectable tobacco-holding capacity, it offers decent length smoking sessions without the pressure of wasting tobacco. Furthermore, the pipe's light weight and the truncated saddle stem's narrow bit make for easy jaw clenching. Excepting the smooth finish rim, a dark, ruby stain dresses the sandblasted stummel, showing off expertly oriented growth rings around the circumference of the bowl. An ivory-hued mammoth accent marks the junction between the shank and stem, pulling together the pipe's color palette in a pleasing way.
