AKB Meerschaum: Smooth Bent Dublin Sitter (with Case) Tobacco Pipe

A unique rendition of the bent Dublin from AKB, this piece features a shank that continues through the transition of the bowl and extends to the fore of pipe. The front portion of the shank is flattened and enables the piece as a whole to sit sturdily without the aid of a stand. The bowl features the form's characters flare and subdued taper, but it trades its heel in favor of the continuous shank. A tapered stem of smoky brown acrylic tops off the design and makes a gentle downturn for a comfortable smoking posture. With time and use, this piece will patinate, taking on tans, browns, and even pinks.
