This supple meerschaum Acorn from AKB displays the shape's gentle rounding, but adds a flattened spot at the heel to allow the pipe to sit. Spot carving around the heel adds textural diversity, and will provide excellent detail to welcome the hues of patination sure to develop. Out back, a jet-black saddle stem curls downward to promote a comfortable smoking posture, and provides quite the contrast with the pale stummel.
