AKB Meerschaum: Carved Acorn (Mcinar) (with Case) Tobacco Pipe

This Acorn from AKB is a great match for someone who prefers traditional shaping but wants to give the porous, flavor-neutral and heat-resistant properties of meerschaum a try. Additionally, the patination process, whereby the stummel takes on colors of pink, tan, and gold is fascinating. Shape-wise, it displays the high-set waist and softly rounded rim of the form, along with a pointed heel spur and is carved with handsome basket pattern. It's topped by a jet black mouthpiece, which will more fully complement the stummel as the pipe is smoked and with age.
