A jovial figural carving from AKB Meerschaum, this pipe depicts the jocular visage of a pirate, mouth wide with laughter. His teeth are visible through his beard which flows down his face in curling ribbons, his cheeks full with cheer. Possessed of an eye patch, which drapes gently over his left eye, and a jolly hat decorated with a grinning skull, this kindly sea dog makes for a fine sculptural meerschaum that will be a welcome addition to any collection.
