This bent Billiard meerschaum from AKB displays a cylindrical, forward-leaning and tall bowl that offers a generous chamber depth. A flattened heel aids in sitting, while a deep bend at the transition presents a good bit of negative space between the bowl and the high-kicking shank and stem. A hybrid of sorts between a Poker and Oom Paul, this piece will smoke with a neutral flavor and is perfectly suited for easy jaw hanging. The stummel boasts spot carving around the rim and base and will darken with patina as it's smoked over time, accruing warm tones that will better unite with the downturned stem.
