A sunken-eyed, beleaguered skull rests atop an octopus in this intriguing, unique carving from AKB Meerschaum. From the multiple tentacles to a smaller, companion skull, this figural piece is rendered in plenty of detail, and is topped by an amber-hued, expansion-disc-adorned stem for extra flourish. The pale, neutral-smoking stummel will darken with patina as it's smoked over time, the warm tones accrued more fully harmonizing with the colors of the gently downturned mouthpiece.
