A rather large, figural meerschaum, this pale, heat-resistant piece from AKB features a happily grinning skull adorned with a fetching headdress of roses. An alluring take on the popular floral aesthetic, it doesn't lack detail, as the artisan, I. Baglan in this case, has expertly attended to every carved nuance of this piece. The porous stummel will smoke with a neutral flavor and accrue the warm tones of patina as it's smoked over time, coming to more fully unite with the amber-colored, stylishly adorned mouthpiece.
