An interesting take on the classic bent Egg shape, this piece from AKB Meerschaum doubles down on the plump shaping of the bowl, pushing it into upward prominence thanks to a stylized extended shank. Said shank pushes out through the heel and gesturally curves forward, stylized to look like a vine holding up a floral vase in the bowl while the rest of the shank has a weaved pattern. Offering plenty of textural appeal, this pipe not only provides ample surface for future patination, but boundless detail for the eyes to take in as they please.
