AKB Meerschaum: Carved Bearded Skull (with Case) Tobacco Pipe

It's a myth that after you die your nails and hair continue to grow, but the carvers at AKB seem to have taken some creative license when rendering this lengthy figural design. Here, we see the skull of a man with a long, bushy beard that cascades at the fore of the composition and gives the pipe a rather angular appearance in profile. It's all presented in a warm tan stain that mirrors the appearance of patina and is topped by an arcing mouthpiece of amber-hued acrylic.
