AKB Meerschaum: Smooth Bent Ball Sitter (with Case) Tobacco Pipe

A highly sculpture Freehand from AKB, this piece features a nearly spherical bowl that cants at the fore of a vertically inclined shank-and-stem arrangement. Below the bowl, a trim foot of meerschaum extends to a flat base and lends the overall composition a rather dynamic posture in profile. The steep curve of the acrylic stem promotes a comfortable smoking position from which to enjoy the bowl's over two inches of chamber depth. As the pipe is smoked and enjoyed, the stummel will accrue the warm tans, golds, and browns of patina, adding further detail to this already richly executed design.
