A demurely curved rendition of the bent Apple is presented here from AKB Meerschaum, the Turkish workshop pairing a plump bowl and trim shank to a sleek black stem. Said shank features a handsome spot carving on the left flank that appears as a lattice-style sun, and its short length takes on a slight taper which is continued through the stem. The transition is cheeked, leading to a bowl that sits, bulb-like, atop a rounded heel. A low-set waist informs a gentle taper to the rim and the ample curves of the bowl's walls ensure a comfortable feel in hand.
