Alexander Tupitsyn: Smooth Bent Brandy Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-622-0050

Though no doubt heralded for his precise linework and Ilsted-influenced pieces of concise geometry, Alexander Tupitsyn can certainly turn out something far more fluid of form when the time calls for it. With a supple, slightly forward-ebbing bowl, paired to a subtly flattened, not-quite-lenticular shank and neatly-tucked transition bringing up the aft, the bowl's visual weight is undeniably the focal point, calling to mind the more shapely, compact fare of Jess Chonowitsch. There's loads of lively flame all around, accentuated by one of Alexander's stunning contrast stains, making for a stunning means of dressing an already gorgeous briar.
