Alexander Tupitsyn: Smooth Bent Dublin with Boxwood Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-622-0061

This is not the sleek bent Dublin we've so often seen from Alexander Tupitsyn. Rather, it's a more classically-inclined rendition of the shape, lacking in the crisp, geometric linework we frequently associate with his work, and instead using a sleek, tight-knit bend, its lines flowing smoothly from the edge of a wide rim to the shank end. His use of detail, as always, is spot-on — from the lively licks of grain finished in a dark contrast, to the spots of plateau left at the rim, and even a pale band of boxwood to accent, each one has been carefully selected for maximum impact. A stunning combination of aesthetics.
