Sort of a scaled down version of the marque's already well-known Stack Billiard shape, this BriarWorks Handmade features a lot of industrial design cues mixed with a light Danish sensibility — all packed into a seriously modest length overall. The sheer depth of the chamber is ideal for pure Virginia blends, and the abbreviated length and bent arrangement make for a comfortable feel in the jaw. The definition of the extra dark sandblast is quite crisp, revealing a lot of texture and grain without compromising the shape's clean, industrial lines, and pairs nicely with the subtle olivewood accent and finely patterned, hand-cut cumberland mouthpiece.
