Brigham: Mountaineer (365) (Rock Maple Inserts) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-491-7736
Brigham's "65" bent Billiard is a fine example of the Canadian marque's robust interpretations of traditional shapes, and its exact characteristics change depending on the series in which it's offered. Sometimes, the bowl has a more rounded, Acorn-like quality with a more stretched silhouette, while other versions feature a more tight-knit bend. Still other iterations offer a more traditionally cylindrical Billiard bowl, making for a diverse range of styles depending on individual preferences.
The Mountaineer line is a smooth and traditional collection of pipes offered across a wide array of Brigham's shape chart. The finish is characterized by a rich walnut finish that always brings out the best in a pipe's grain. The effect produced is a timeless aesthetic at home on a back porch or mountain lodge.-Gabriel Bass
Like all of Brigham's lineup, this pipe also comes complete with the marque's signature Rock Maple Insert. This special insert comprises a rock maple dowel drilled with a 3.5mm airway and pressure-fitted in the tenon via a special metal cap, helping to remove moisture and unpleasant flavors that develop during the smoking process. No chemicals or adhesives are used to manufacture Brigham's Rock Maple Inserts, ensuring a flavor-neutral profile that doesn't interfere with the tobacco. Moreover, because of the drilling, the Rock Maple Insert is able to pass a pipe cleaner, even while the pipe is still assembled.
