Davide Iafisco: Smooth Billiard with Horn

Though not what I would consider a briar of great size, there is indeed some substance to this Billiard from Davide Iafisco. The chamber is somewhere around a Group 3, and the almost bulbous flanks of the bowl do a more than fine job of displaying some supple whorls of birdseye, courtesy of a handsome, evenly-distributed cross-cut. It wears a warm smooth contrast, highlighting the fiery patterns with aplomb and paired to a horn mount, the likes of which sport a mixture of cream and coffee colors. An awesome take on the classic form.
