Tonino Jacono's father-in-law worked in a briar mill and offered Tonino a business opportunity, create a pipe making workshop that only used his highest quality briars. So, Jacono pipes was born, where Tonino creates fashionable, well-engineered pipes at an accessible price. This paneled Billiard by Jacano features an octagonal bowl, which features broad facets on the flanks, fore, and aft and tight bevels on the edges, giving this pipe a robust in-hand feel. Furthermore, the stummel is dressed in a contrast stained sandblast that combines warm chestnut hues and dark undertones, which further contributes to this pipe's intriguing feel. Out back, the shank and stem continue to present a geometric theme, as the facets on the shank and the saddle stem give this pipe a rectangular profile, allowing this paneled Billiard to fully showcase Jacono's crisp line work.
