Konstantin Shekita: Sandblasted Pot with Karelian Birch Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-600-0024
This Konstantin Pot is low and broad through and through, but I wouldn't call it squat; it does have that kind of weighed-down, rooted-to-the-spot aesthetic. That being said, I wouldn't quite call it sleek, either. What it has is a balance between aspects of the two; it is wide and low, with a solid sense of mass, but also just a bit forward, just a bit, a hint, streamlined. Where it doesn't balance things, however, is in practicality — it is straight-up practical. The shape is natural in hand (always a trick when shank and transition are this wide), the walls are thick for plenty of insulation, the chamber looks just right for some flake, the overall length is handy, and you certainly don't have to worry about its ability as a sitter.
