Konstantin Shekita: Partially Carved Bent Dublin with Bamboo
Product Number: 002-600-0029
Well, if there would be a carver to fashion a bent Dublin with a bridge all while rendering it playful and elegant, it would be Konstantin Shekita. In an added feat, he's also imbued this design with his signature latticework carving, a treatment that requires immense attention to detail in order to produce, as a single mistake would require the carver to start over completely. Not one to cut corners, Shekita also decided to sandblast the underside of the bridge, while finishing the upper surface with a smooth polish and contrast stain, dappled with hints of the natural plateau.
