Nording: Handmade Partially Sandblasted Bent Egg (12) Tobacco Pipe

Part of Nording's Handmade series, a line of pipes that are, as the name suggests, crafted entirely by hand. They are graded on an ascending scale from 11 to 30, with this bent Egg being a "12" on said scale. It's a firm, full-bodied rendition of the shape, featuring the form's characteristic plump, curvaceous flanks. The shank flares gently coming out of the muscular transition before giving way to a tapered stem of jet-black acrylic. The shank-and-stem arrangement strikes a sinuous S-curve out back that promotes a comfortable smoking posture and provides the pipe with a graceful litheness in profile. The stummel wears a unique mixture of smooth and sandblasted finishes, with the lower bowl dressed in a dark, low-profile sandblast while the rest of the piece is smooth and stained a warm, chestnut color.
