Nørding: Golf Pipe Partially Rusticated (2003) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-508-15251

Erik Nording's Golf series was created to celebrate the sport, with each iteration drawing inspiration from specific players or holes from history. This 2003 bent Apple was crafted to emulate Hole 6 of the Catalunya PGA Gold Course in Spain as well as Ben Hoggans' 5-wood club from the 1960s, resulting in a thoroughly unique profile. There's a good deal of plumpness possessing the bowl, with a forward-urging taper to the rim from the mid-set waistline offering some lovely dynamism to this piece. Dressing the briar is a warm auburn stain and a textural, dark rustication, creating an intriguing and comfortable feel in hand, as well as a wealth of visual contrast.
