Nørding: Erik The Red Partially Rusticated Bent Bulldog Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-508-15457

Erik Nording's Erik the Red series offers traditionally shaped, workhorse pipes at an affordable price point, and this bent Bulldog fits perfectly into that design sensibility. This piece features a firm, heavy-set bowl with the form's characteristic ridgeline set just below the tapered rim. The heel of this piece possesses an extra touch of briar for added muscularity, while the diamond shank kicks high out of the tight-knit transition before giving way to a playfully shaped mouthpiece of jet-black vulcanite. The stummel wears an eclectic mix of finishes, with a dark rustication dressing the lower bowl, transition, and part of the shank, while the top of the bowl and shank end are left smooth and stained a subdued, smoky color.
