The Extra series from Erik Nording tends to gravitate more towards traditionally inclined shapes and is primarily characterized by its use of exotic hardwood accents that are frequently paired to vibrant acrylic stems. This forward-urging bent Dublin is an excellent example, with a well-grained hardwood accent band adorning the shank end before transitioning into the acrylic saddle stem. The stummel's finished in a warm, matte stain that highlights the impressive grain along the flanks while rugged plateau is oriented along the asymmetric rim.
