Nørding: Cut Smooth Bent Apple (2) Tobacco Pipe

This bent Apple from Erik Nording is well on the reserved, conservative side for the Danish carver and is a dramatic departure from his flourishing Freehands and rugged finishing style. A rich, walnut contrast stain dresses the stummel, bringing out the briar's grain in an understated, yet attractive manner. The hearty bowl is pleasantly plump and urges forward from out of the transition, offering a decent tobacco chamber within. A vibrant, horn-hued acrylic band accents the shank end before transitioning to the softly downturned stem.
