Dressed in dual finishes, this bent Apple from Erik Nording is part of the Danish carver's Cut line of pipes, which are a bit more understated and conservatively shaped that many pieces in his expansive portfolio. The bulbous, voluptuous bowl and upward-ticking shank comprise a warm palette, the smooth sections juxtaposed against a darker sandblast for textural versatility. It's topped by a cream-colored acrylic stem, with a darker accent lending contrast.
