A steep departure from his more Danish fancy Freehand designs, Erik Nording's Compass series comprises a single, uncomplicated Poker design with a tall cylindrical bowl and straight aluminum stem. This example of the Metal line, wrapping the bowls in aluminum as well to protect the hand from the heat of the tobacco. Wearing deep army green colors in a soft, matte finish, this pipe sits firmly on its flat heel, its understated color palette giving it an almost dress-like appeal.
