Nording: Red Grain Smooth Freehand (1) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-508-16683

With a pipe-making career that dates to the 1960s, Erik Nørding is a prolific Danish carver who's known around the world for his signature take on the Danish Fancy design style. His Red Grain series comprises pipes that fit well within this style, complete with shaping that includes fluting channels, firm ridges, and organic flourishes that make every piece unique despite being factory-made. The line's namesake comes from the vivid stain that dresses the stummel, pairing vibrant crimson hues with darker streaks that define the briar's natural grain. This particular Freehand features an extra-large chamber — as exemplified by this particular Freehand.
