Parker: Super Freeform Sandblasted Bent Dublin Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-988-0003

Parker Pipe Company was founded in 1922 by Alfred Dunhill, and for decades, Parker pipes were crafted at the Dunhill factory, offering the iconic shaping and finishing pedigree of the White Spot at an attractive price point. Parker pipes continued to be made in the Dunhill factory through at least the mid-1950s, but, in 1967, Parker merged with the Dunhill-owned Hardcastle company to form Parker-Hardcastle Limited and become an independent entity. Parker has since earned a following thanks to their rich history, timeless shaping, and high standards for both quality and smoking performance. Parker's Super Freeform line exclusively comprises Freehand-carved shapes, with every piece showcasing a unique silhouette and the artistic ability of the brand's accomplished craftsmen. This particular piece is a smartly bent Dublin, complete with a tight transition and a sharply lifting shank that reaches out to meet a curved saddle stem of black vulcanite. Up front, the bowl stands on a muscular heel and grows thick walls that make a measured flare out to the flat rim. Dressed in a crisp, inky sandblast, the stummel showcases handsome grain throughout and ample texture to appreciate while smoking.
