Rattray's: Joy Starter Set Sandblasted (8) (9mm) Tobacco Pipe

A lithe and slender bent Billiard, Rattray's "8" design is a classically inclined interpretation, one that conforms perfectly to any traditional pipe chart. It displays a deeper bend and a more pronounced S-curve compared to the Scottish marque's "106" while offering more compact, pocket-friendly dimensions than the extra-large "148." The downturned stem on the "8" provides a pleasant degree of balance and enables this pipe to be clenched with ease, resulting in a remarkably versatile and convenient smoker.

Rattray's Joy series presents a convenient and highly practical package that's perfect for new pipe smokers and those who travel frequently. The line consists of two shapes, the "8" bent Billiard and the "113" straight Billiard, and offers both designs with either a standard, briar chamber or one lined with meerschaum. A trim, metal band adorns the stem base of each piece, providing a subtle, yet tasteful accenting touch that complements the line's traditional finishes and color palettes.
