Yeti: Sandblasted Dublin with Boxwood (850) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-660-0196

Micah Cryder is the artisan behind Yeti pipes, his passion for the art of the craft imbued into him since his childhood, making him a fourth-generation pipe smoker. An autodidact for much of his career, he turned to pipe makers forums for information about carving, furthering his knowledge of the craft considerably, especially with regard to the technical elements. Over the years, his abilities have become even more refined, each pipe made contributing to his skills and solidifying his unique shaping style, as seen in this Dublin.

This piece is a more structured rendition of the Dublin shape for Cryder, placing a tall, flared bowl atop a firm, jutting heel. Said walls expand smoothly as they approach a broad rim of craggy plateau, undulating organically around the capacious chamber. Out back, a defined transition gives way to a slim round shank that stretches out to meet a sleek boxwood accent at its junction to a svelte saddle stem of jet-black vulcanite. Dressed in a rich auburn sandblast, the stummel boasts impressive ring grain around the bowl, offering plenty of tactile and visual interest in equal measure.
