J. Alan: Sandblasted Bent Brandy with Horn (1479)
Product Number: 002-376-0269
I quite like Jeff Gracik's take on the bent Brandy, with its plump base, lifting heel, and mild taper. It feels more organic than the standard snifter shape, especially when paired to this style of softly-lifting shank and stem. Even better, Jeff has finished it in one of his crisp, grain-enhancing sandblasts, with stacks of ring grain brought to the fore, and a mount of natural horn to offer some lighter contrast at the rear. The combination feels well-balanced, as well as well-textured, and should please those fans of Jeff's Danish-influenced American style.
