A sweeping, gentle lift of the rather stout, round shank continues the robust disposition established by the bowl, with a band of tan and cream-hued ox horn at the shank end lending an organic aesthetic. This piece is dressed in an ebony-stained sandblast, showcasing the briar's natural grain, with a slender vulcanite saddle stem complementing the stummel's coloration.
