With its deep forward cant and neat transition, in this bent Egg, it seems as though the Roveras wanted to take the old Cutty/Belge shape and lend it a more active, modern style — flaring out the end of the shank and lending a slight bevel to the rim itself. Finished in a smoldering onyx-and-ruby contrast rustication, and paired with a shimmering green acrylic stem, I'd say they've done just that. and quite well, at that.
