Ardor: Urano Freehand

Product Number: 002-004-3052

Often when pipes are labeled Freehand I can still draw some ready comparisons to shape-chart standards they are at least similar to. Not so with this iteration from Ardor, as all I can say is it's an odd duck, which, in case you were wondering, is not the name of a shape on any pipe chart I have seen. Unique to say the least, it hews closer to some of the more fantastical designs I would expect to see from an artisan carver. It's a healthy quarter-pound of briar covered in bespoke facets. The chamber is nearly horizontal, surrounded by thick insulating walls and a dark Urano rustication, while smooth, arcing panels define the top and underside. This is one heck of a creation, and it will make the creatively-inclined collector smile every time they smoke it.
