Ardor: Urano Cutty Tobacco Pipe

While Ardor is known for hearty proportions, whimsical shaping, and vibrant, stylish finishes, this Cutty is a fairly traditional interpretation of the classic shape. The form's characteristic heel spur is present — a design cue that hearkens back to the era when pipes were made from clay instead of briar — but the bowl lacks the forward-cant and Egg-like appearance of a standard Cutty. It is, however, quite well balanced between bowl and shank and handsomely dressed in a dark, ruby-tinged rendition of the Urano rustication, which provides plenty of style and texture the composition.
