Ardor: Meteora Ninfea Bent Dublin Sitter with Silver Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-004-3212

A playful, jaunty design, this hearty bent Dublin from the Rovera brothers features a towering, broadly flaring bowl that tapers to a circular, flattened heel, thus enabling the pipe to sit. A high-kicking, far more slender shank and stem extend from a mid-set transition, channeling the disparate proportions of bowl and shank in Italian neoclassic pipe making. The stummel is wearing Ardor's signature Meteora finish, comprising a series of smooth polished ridges amid recessed planes of craggy rustication, all covered by a natural stain, save for the smooth, similarly hued rim. As part of the Ninfea ("water lily" in English) series, this piece is adorned with gleaming silver at the shank end and stem base, the latter resembling a crown. The aforementioned acrylic stem consists of black, silver and grey colors, pairing well with the metal accents.
