Ardor: Urano Fantasy Volcano Tobacco Pipe

The Roveras of Ardor present us with this singular take on the Volcano shape, eschewing a broad, all-encompassing base in favor of a more traditional shank and stem arrangement. That being said, the entirety of the underside here is surrounded by a firm ridgeline, keeping things looking robust and rigid, and this is magnified by the pair of ridgelines that run up the flanks of the bowl's aft. These essentially split the bowl into two halves, with the aft being more gently rounded compared to the fore, all as the entire build tapers to its smooth rim. The shank is slightly upturned and meets a demurely curved saddle stem of brown and black brindled acrylic at the junction, marked by a broad white accent and silver band at the stem base. Dressed in the dark rustication of the Urano finish, these accents add plenty of visual contrast, and this is furthered by the light stain of the rim and nomenclature panel.
