Ardor: Meteora Calabash Sitter Tobacco Pipe

This distinctive Calabash from Ardor is an excellent example of the Italian marque's expressive Pesaro style. This piece places a tall bowl atop a curved heel that culminates in flattened foot that allows the pipe to rest upright. Said bowl is also capped with a broad, undulating rim, drawn out at the fore aft, providing an organic dynamism. Out back, a flared round shank curls upward to meet a metal-accented stem of swirling blue acrylic, comfortably bent. Dressed in a natural rendition of the Meteora finish, the interspersed carving and rustication offer a wealth of tactile intrigue.
