Ashton's more firmly-grounded take on the Poker is well-suited to this particularly elegant arrangement, especially as the form is far more compact than it appears to present itself here. This is all the better of course, as it renders the shape far more manageable and able to be toted about town, where the Sovereign's gorgeous, flame-accentuating treatment can really turn heads, especially complemented by the silver gallery-style cap and accent band at the shank's end.
