Here, the English marque presents a robust, muscular take on the classic shape with a set of well-defined beadlines visible just underneath the softly tapered rim. The diamond shank's crisp ridgelines meet the bowl with precision and accentuate the heel's firmness in profile. The rugged Pebble Grain sandblast has brought out an excellent array of grain around the pert, upright bowl while the vulcanite mount at the shank-end enables this piece to be taken apart for easier travel or for a quick cleaning. It truly doesn't get much better than classically inclined briars like this.
