A bold, classically English-style Billiard, this Ashton rendition is a lovely representation of the timeless shape-chart standard. The proportions favor the bowl more than the shank-and-stem combination, making for a more voluptuous interpretation, and Jimmy Craig puts the Pebble Grain finish to good use, highlighting growth rings in the briar which ripple up the circumference of the bowl. Additionally, the shank end is adorned with a broad band of silver, adding a striking contrast against the dark auburn hue of the briar.
